Adding your cPanel reseller account to WHMCS is an easy, straight forward process and only requires your reseller hosting account details.
1. To begin, gather the following information about your reseller account:
- Username
- Password
- Server IP Address / Hostname (Can be your own domain name, as long as it is pointed to the server your reseller account is hosted on)
2. Log in to your WHMCS installation and Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Servers > Add New Server within WHMCS.
3. Select the Module as "cPanel" and enter your Resellers Username and Password along with the servers hostname. We suggest using your own domain name as the hostname so your WHMCS installation remains whitelabel. You also have the option to use an API key instead of a password, which can be obtained within your resellers WHM Dashboard > Remote Access > Setup Remote Key.
4. Click on "Test Connection" to test the server connection, if successful it should allow you to click on the "Continue" button.
5. Your Reseller Hosting account's server is now added. You can now begin to add your own web hosting plans for that particular reseller accounts server.
